Hey it's tawnie mindys friend. We just sanded old counter tops then used our choice of latex paint. Let dry completely in between coats then put a two-part appoxy over the top to seal it. It was just an experiment we tried but we like how it turned out and it was less then 100 bucks so that is always nice. so good luck!!
